Job Description
Hours of work: 21.75 per week total. (INA 11 hours, TA3 6 hours 45, MDSA 4hours)
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: Child linked –fixed term with the potential of a permanent contract.

We are looking for a multi-talented colleague to work with us in both an INA, TA3, and MDSA role.
The role will consist of INA work every morning, working with a child to support the provision in their EHCP.
The afternoon hours will consist of either supporting a class with their learning, or covering the teaching of a class.
The role also includes an hour of MDSA work each day Monday – Thursday 12-1pm.
The total hours per week for this role are 19 hours 45 mins
INA (Individual Needs Assistant)
SS3, point 7 £25,614.00 pa pro rata
Total weekly hours = 11 hours
Monday- Wednesday 9-12pm and Thursday 10-12pm

What will the role involve?
We are looking for a gifted INA to join our school team to work with a pupil to support the provision in their EHCP. Experience working with pupils with complex needs including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is highly desirable. Please note that this part of the role will be working one to one with a child.
The ideal candidate will:
Be enthusiastic and committed to developing the whole child, both personally and academically and have a passion for learning,
Be highly motivated, work well as part of a small team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.
Have experience of delivering individual support plans under the direction of the class teacher and some knowledge of sensory circuits, emotional regulation strategies and other similar supports
You will be working alongside and supporting the class teacher and SENDCO to ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the pupil you are supporting.
You will have high expectations of the students within your care, manage behaviour effectively and ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
TA3 (Teaching Assistant 3)
SS4, point 9 £26,016.00 pa pro rata
Total weekly hours = 6 hours 45 minutes
Monday-Wednesday 1-3.15pm

Supporting individuals and groups of pupils with their learning.
Delivering targeted interventions and activities.
Providing encouragement and helping children develop confidence and independence.
Working alongside class teachers to support effective teaching and learning.
Adapting activities to meet the needs of different learners.
Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
(MDSA) Midday Supervisor
SS3 point 7 £25,614.00 pa pro rata
Total weekly hours = 4 hours
Monday-Thursday 12-1pm
