- A culture where supporting children with additional needs is everyone's responsibility.
- A highly respected SENCO who is a full member of the Senior Leadership Team and plays a key role in shaping school improvement.

We recognise that excellent SENCOs come from a range of professional backgrounds and experiences. If you have the passion, commitment and values to champion inclusion, we would be delighted to hear from you, even if you are at an earlier stage in your leadership journey.
We are committed to developing talent and can offer mentoring, support and professional development for the right candidate.
