Your impact in the role:

  • Delivering a high-quality housing management service
  • Supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing
  • Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies
  • Identifying support needs and helping residents access the right services
  • Encouraging resident engagement and community involvement

What you'll bring:

  • Experience within housing, supported living, wellbeing, care or another customer-focused environment
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people and local communities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding or health & safety is beneficial
