
Individual Needs Assistant
Job introduction
The successful applicants will support high quality teaching and learning, working with children who have complex needs. They should promote the inclusion of all pupils and be able to work on their own initiative, as well as be a strong team player. They will be required to provide differentiated support to pupils during all parts of the lesson, to ensure pupils can access the learning and make good progress.
We have two INA vacancies (one to support Early Years) with a start date of September 2025 to meet the expected needs of the 2025-2026 cohort. We have some flexibility in appointing to the roles and can discuss this at interview.
Paid weeks per year: 47.15 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Fixed term: 1 Year
Start date: 3rd September 2025
About the role
We encourage visits to the school to see the school at work and meet our children and staff.
