    1 x Full Time- Permanent

    1 x Part time- 17.5 hours per week working Wednesday 1.30pm-5pm and Thursday to Friday 9am –5pm- Permanent

    About the Team and Role:

    The post will offer line management support to 2 or 3 Brokerage and will promote and oversee the development of brokerage assurance and quality systems to drive continuous service improvement.

    The brokerage team plays an important role in the work that is done in Adult Social care in terms of commissioning support to enable our residents to continue living at home in the community or if they need to move onto long term care provision. The brokerage works hand in hand with our care management teams to provide support for the residents of Lambeth.

    You will need to have excellent communication skills along with good IT skills, and an experienced manager and used to working in a fast-paced team.
