About the Role
Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to drive forward our ambitious Housing and Regeneration agenda.
As Director of Housing & Regeneration, you will provide strategic leadership to shape and deliver a coordinated housing and regeneration programme that supports inclusive growth and sustainability.
You will lead the development and delivery of a strong pipeline of housing projects, oversee the Housing Investment Fund, and support major programmes including retrofit and transforming brownfield land. Acting as the LCRCA’s lead for housing, you will work collaboratively across internal services and with stakeholder partners such as Local Authorities, Registered Providers and the private sector to influence policy, unlock investment and accelerate delivery.
This is a highly influential role, working closely with senior civil servants, local authorities, Homes England, registered providers and private sector partners to ensure the Liverpool City Region maximises opportunities and delivers high-quality outcomes for residents.
About the person
We are looking for a collaborative and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in housing and regeneration.
You will bring significant senior leadership experience and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, politically led environment. You will be confident working across organisational boundaries, influencing at the highest levels and delivering impactful, place-based outcomes.

Salary range
- £121,944 - £131,940 per year
