Our vetting

Job description
As part of the Commercial Development team you are there to provide programme wide delivery management, governance and assurance across the international policing portfolio, ensuring high quality, resilient delivery of training, advisory and capability building programmes. You will lead the integrated planning, service level compliance, reporting and risk framework necessary to meet contractual obligations including those set out in Government to Government arrangements and Statements of Work ensuring continuity, readiness, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent international deployments. relationship building and maintenance are key elements of the role with internal and external stakeholders.
Person specification
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Design, lead and maintain the ‘Integrated Delivery Plan & Capacity Heat Map’ for all overseas and UK based international activity
- Maintain a pre vetted and deployable trainer pool with the CDM, IDMs and Delivery Services. Work with Learning Delivery services for resourcing and scheduling
- Lead oversight of all SLA obligations (documentation, trainer replacement, daily reporting, incident response) and ensure performance is ≥98% across the portfolio
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- Level 6 qualification in project/programme management, business management of international operations or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering to contractual requirements in timecritical operational environments
- Demonstrable success in risk/issue management, service-level monitoring, operational assurance or PMO leadership.
