Care Support Worker – Join Our Talent Pool and Help People Live Their Best Lives

What you’ll do

  • Support people with daily living, including personal care, health needs, and household tasks
  • Help individuals pursue hobbies, build relationships, and stay connected to their communities
  • Be a determined advocate, ensuring people’s rights are protected and respected
  • Work flexibly across services, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to reviews, meetings, and training
  • Promote safety, wellbeing, and inclusion in everything you do

What you’ll need

  • A kind and compassionate approach
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to people’s unique needs
  • Confidence to raise concerns and protect those you support
  • Experience in care or support roles (voluntary or paid) is a bonus, but not essential
  • A satisfactory DBS check
  • NVQ or Care Certificate (desirable but not essential)
  • A sense of humour, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others
