This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Grants & Adaptation team.

The team works with residents of Guildford and Waverley seeking to take up services offered by the Home Improvement Agency, Care & Repair.

The agency provides a client led technical service for elderly disabled and vulnerable clients seeking to access grant funding or financial support to improve or adapt their privately owned and tenanted homes. You will work closely with health and technical professionals to establish the clients needs. You will visit clients in their homes to assist with applications and financial assessments maintaining accurate and complete records

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a strong team as well as being able to use your own initiative. You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a strong customer focus that will enable the highest possible standards of support and advice to residents in Waverley & Guildford.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of Office and home working.
