  • Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to prepare and implement BIM processes, provide day-to-day support, and share best practice across projects. Assist in maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with L&Q’s BIM standards.
  • Site & Project Coordination: Conduct site visits to support BIM adoption, address BIM-related issues, and help coordinate delivery of Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM).
  • Training & Continuous Improvement: Support training initiatives for project teams, participate in BIM meetings, and contribute to improving BIM practices and digital working methods.
  • Systems & Data Management: Support the use of BIM tools and document management systems, provide guidance to colleagues, and assist with training sessions.

What you'll bring:

  • BIM Knowledge: Understanding of BIM Level 2 principles (ISO19650 equivalent) and experience supporting BIM implementation.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Desirable Qualifications & Experience: A qualification or equivalent experience in Construction, Built Environment, or Digital Construction (BIM), plus knowledge of construction processes, BIM coordination, clash resolution, and stakeholder management.
