We are seeking an exceptional teacher and leader to join our ambitious and dedicated team as a Key Stage Progress Leader. As a Key Stage Progress Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the academic and personal success of students within your allocated year groups. You will provide strategic leadership for student progress, attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and pastoral care, ensuring that every student is known, supported, challenged and inspired to succeed.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who combines high expectations with compassion, and who is determined to ensure that all students, regardless of background or circumstance, can achieve their full potential

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (the ability to teach Child Development and Performing Arts would be an advantage but not essential)
• Has a proven commitment to securing excellent outcomes for young people.
• Can inspire confidence, build strong relationships and lead others with integrity.
• Has the vision and drive to remove barriers to learning and promote achievement for every student.
• Understands the importance of effective pastoral leadership in supporting academic success.
• Has the resilience, ambition and determination to contribute to whole-school improvement.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide strategic leadership for student progress, achievement and wellbeing.
• Lead and develop a team of form tutors to deliver an exceptional pastoral experience.
• Use data intelligently to identify priorities and drive impactful interventions.
• Work closely with families, colleagues and external agencies to support students' success.
• Champion attendance, positive attitudes to learning and high standards of behaviour.
• Lead targeted strategies to ensure all students, particularly disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, achieve their potential.
