
KS2 SEMH Resourced Provision Lead Teacher
Salary: MPS3 - UPS (£37,101 – £51,048) + SEN Allowance (allowance negotiable
dependant on experience)

Manor Primary is looking for an exceptional Key Stage 2 teacher with passion, resilience and vision to establish and lead our new Resourced Provision for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the provision from the very beginning, embedding high-quality teaching and creating a nurturing, therapeutic environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will:
Work closely with of KS1 SEMH Resourced Provision team
Lead on the set-up and development of our new KS2 SEMH Resourced Provision.
Provide outstanding teaching and learning for KS2 pupils with SEMH needs.
Establish clear routines, structures and approaches that support emotional regulation and resilience.
Line manage and support a team of teaching assistants and work collaboratively with
therapists and pastoral staff.
Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external agencies.
Contribute to the wider school’s inclusive ethos and drive high expectations for all.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential).
Has a deep understanding of how relationships, attachment, and emotional wellbeing
impact learning
Has experience of working with pupils with SEMH and/or leading SEND practice.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support others.
Can balance strategic vision with hands-on teaching.
Is resilient, adaptable and committed to trauma-informed practice.
Is passionate about inclusion and committed to removing barriers so that every child
can thrive.
