We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team, starting September 2026. In this role, you will inspire and empower pupils, helping them to reach their full potential. You will promote independence and resilience, boost self-esteem, and champion social inclusion, ensuring every pupil has the chance to thrive and shine. You will share the teaching of your class with an experienced member of our teaching team who will teach the class for 3 days a week.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Can create a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued.
- Has excellent communication, behaviour management and organisational skills.
- Embraces the values and community ethos of St Chad’s C of E Primary School.
- Will be flexible, adaptable and has an excellent knowledge of the curriculum.
- Will make a strong contribution to the existing, dedicated team.
- Can support the Christian ethos of the school.
- Enhance all pupils’ social, moral, cultural and spiritual development
- Has effective communication skills.
- Be committed to all aspects of school life.
- Has high expectations and standards for attainment, achievement and behaviour.
