Salary: £23,815 - £24,500 dependant on experience
Reporting Office: Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Mobile/Field Based Worker - Contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident home, estates etc, with ad hoc office attendance as required

Join our Reactive Repairs Team at L&Q:
Our Manchester Reactive Repairs Service are looking for a new labourer to join the team on a permanent basis.
Our labourers are paired with our trades people and will support on site, carrying out jobs and arranging materials. The job is varied and rewarding.
The labourers at L&Q provide a disposal and clearance service for the team.
We are looking for someone with good customer service skills as the labourers will be in regular contact with our residents and suppliers.
As a labourer you will need to be aware and compliant with Health and Safety as this will be key in your role.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience of the trade and experience of working within an experience and professional team carrying our reactive repairs to our residents in their homes. At L&Q we offer training and development opportunities as well as on the job learning.
What you'll bring:
· Full manual driving licence

· Good understanding of Health and Safety
