Our Education and Skills Service is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Specialist Teacher (Transition) to support and strengthen transition arrangements for children and young people across Doncaster. The post will play a key role in improving educational outcomes by working collaboratively with schools, settings, families and multi-agency partners to ensure effective transition pathway.
