An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated individual to join our school community and lead our Key Stage 4 Mathematics provision. This is a pivotal role for an experienced teacher who is passionate about raising achievement and shaping the curriculum for GCSE success.

As Leader of Key Stage 4 Mathematics, you will:
- Lead and develop the KS4 Mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and aligned with national standards.
- Drive student achievement by analysing data, implementing interventions, and setting high expectations for progress and behaviour.
- Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practice and leading professional development within the Maths faculty.
- Contribute strategically to departmental planning, resource development, and assessment policies.
- Collaborate across the school to promote numeracy and cross-curricular learning.
