United Colleges Group provides education to over 11,000 learners a year, including 16–18-year-olds, adults, apprentices, and students with high needs, across our five campuses and two colleges; City of Westminster College and College of North West London. About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Coordinator to play a key role in building a culture of continuous professional growth across our college.
In this role, you will take the lead in planning, delivering and evaluating a wide range of training and development opportunities for staff. You will manage our Learning Passport system to ensure progress is tracked and recorded effectively, while also overseeing external training requests, learning agreements, and the college’s L&D budget. A key part of your work will be delivering engaging training sessions, including staff induction, and mandatory training, while also contributing to wider CPD days and development programmes. Working closely with colleagues in HR, Performance & Quality, and EDI & Wellbeing, you will ensure that staff learning and development aligns with college priorities and supports both compliance and continuous improvement.
We are seeking someone with experience of coordinating and delivering impactful learning and development initiatives, who can communicate effectively with staff at all levels and manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills. Experience in education or further education would be an advantage, but what matters most is your ability make learning accessible and meaningful.
