Are you passionate about learning resources, technology and education? Do you enjoy helping others make the most of digital tools? We’re looking for a Learning Technology Facilitator to join our dynamic Learning Technology Department.
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting both staff and students in their use of IT systems and learning technologies, helping to shape engaging and effective digital learning experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting staff and students in our Learning Technology Centres (libraries), ensuring they can confidently use IT and learning technologies.
- Delivering one-to-one support and group training sessions tailored to a variety of learning needs.
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Learning Technology Centres.
- Organising and maintaining digital equipment and learning materials.
- Helping students access and navigate IT and information resources.
- Contributing to the creation of digital content and learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong IT skills, including hands-on experience with the internet and software such as Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies to support others effectively.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of users.

The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is based primarily at our Hadlow campus, with regular travel to our Tonbridge Campus.
Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 40 weeks per annum (Term-Time Contract)
Your pay: £26,842 per annum full time equivalent, plus enhanced holiday pay
