We are transforming our services at Woking and are recruiting for a new role within the Housing Services Department of Leasehold & Service Charge Manager.
This role will be critical in delivering the calculation and administration of tenant and leasehold service charges, major works, shared ownership properties and other leasehold services.
We are seeking a candidate who has expert knowledge in all aspects of service charges and leasehold billing including major works and experience of leading statutory section 20 consultation. You will also be proficient in budget monitoring, forecasting and have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
This is an exciting opportunity to directly shape and improve services in this area and develop efficient and robust monitoring and budget setting practices. You will also have opportunities to build trust and rapport with tenants and leaseholders and maximise income for the Housing Service.

DBS Check

English Language Requirement.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post as well as excellent and accurate written communication. Salary range
- £40,989 - £48,059 per year
