You will be responsible for training and mentoring new members of the team in understanding our UASC role and responsibilities and promote good practice across the service.

- Supporting the leaving care team and Child in Care teams to champion the voice and advocate for Unaccompanied Asylum seeking Children in partnership with the Participation.
- To lead the training and implementation of UASC specific requirements within Pathway Plans and supervisions including Triple and Double planning aspects.
- One to one work with young people to help them understand challenges they are facing, problem solve and build on independence skills.
- Develop and deliver training sessions around UASC specific matters and relevant law changes.
- To lead on developing and co-producing resources, services and plans to help meet the needs of unaccompanied children, with a specific focus on planning and sourcing move on accommodation after 18.
