Title: Lettings Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent, FT, 35 hours

Salary: £26,775 per annum to £29,280 per annum (London weighted salary) or £22,994 per annum to £25,178 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Intermediate Rent Lettings Team at L&Q:

We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised Lettings Coordinator to support our growing Lettings Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop their career, with clear pathways for learning and progression.

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver a seamless lettings journey from first enquiry to successful occupation. Working closely with Lettings Associates, Tenancy Progression and Property Management teams, you’ll ensure our homes are let quickly, compliantly and to the right applicants.

You will have a genuine passion for London Property and will bring a positive and adaptable approach to delivering exceptional customer service in fast paced lettings environment.

Your impact in the role:

  • Supporting the smooth progression of lettings files in line with KPIs and compliance standards

  • Managing incoming enquiries from prospective applicants

  • Coordinating launch events and block viewings

  • Assisting with applicant database management and ensuring accurate, timely communication

  • Helping to convert enquiries and viewings into reservations and successful tenancies

  • Producing and distributing customer reports to support the wider team

  • Gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Working closely with internal teams including Property Management, Tenancy Progression, Sales and Development

  • Administering purchase orders, invoices and subscriptions for the Lettings Team

  • Ensuring adherence to governance, regulatory standards and best practice

What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge and experience of the lettings sector, ideally gained within an agency or similar customer‑focused environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to targets and deadlines

  • Proven administrative experience with high attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks

  • Advanced IT skills, including MS Office and lettings/CRM systems
