Hours: 8:30-15:30 (30 min lunchbreak)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team and provide support for a Reception-aged child with mobility needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a small, nurturing first school with a strong community ethos, where children are known as individuals and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our curriculum embraces play-based learning, outdoor learning and hands-on experiences, helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
The child you will be supporting is highly motivated, engaged and enthusiastic about learning. We are looking for someone who can provide practical support, encourage independence and work closely with teaching staff, parents and external professionals to ensure the child can fully access all aspects of school life.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience of working with young children.
- Is patient, caring and committed to inclusive practice.
- Can support children's learning and development through play and exploration.
- Enjoys working outdoors and contributing to a vibrant school community.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
