We are recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Required for September 2026
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3-4 (£24,796-£25,185) (FTE-AYR) – To be pro rata
Actual salary: £15,908.72 - £16,523.75 per annum
27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days)

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Droitwich, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, positive candidate to the post of Level 2 Teaching Assistant across our one form entry primary school (including pre-school) to join our well-established team. The successful candidate will support high-quality teaching, nurture pupils’ confidence and independence, and play an active role in our school community.
