Perton Middle School is situated in a semi-rural area of Staffordshire near Wolverhampton for students in Years 5 to 8. All systems are designed to enable our students to thrive in an ever changing world. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support for students, helping them to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. You will deliver targeted interventions, support learning across the curriculum, and contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student can thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills, a commitment to raising standards and a passion for supporting young people aged 9 to 13. The successful candidate will be required to complete a five-month probationary period. During this time, appropriate support, induction and regular review meetings will be provided to help ensure a successful transition into the role.
