As the Library Service Delivery Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Rutland Libraries across our four library sites. • Coordinating the effective management and development of the library management system and associated digital systems, including public IT, self-service, printing and Wi-Fi, working with IT teams, suppliers and partners as required.
• Coordinating library data, performance information and reporting, using information and analysis to support service planning, monitoring, statutory returns and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the Library Team Leader with staff coordination, training and operational issues, including line management responsibility for designated casual library staff, and supporting relevant income-generating activities, contracts and resources.
• Deputising for the Library Team Leader as required, providing day-to-day operational leadership and exercising delegated authority to support the continuity and effective delivery of the service.
