    What is the job role?

    We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Support Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, happy, and engaging environment for our children during the lunchtime period.

    You will;

    • Support and supervise children during lunch service and playground activities
    • Engage with children to ensure a positive experience in the dining hall and during play
    • Encourage participation in a variety of indoor and outdoor lunchtime activities
    • Promote safety, wellbeing, and inclusion throughout the lunchtime session

    Who are we looking for?

    We are seeking a kind, caring, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Support Assistant to join our team and help ensure that our children have a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime experience.

    You’ll support children during the busy lunch service—both in the dining hall and during indoor and outdoor play—helping to create a positive and inclusive environment. Awareness of what’s happening across the lunchtime period is crucial to ensuring every child is supported and catered for.

    Experience working with children is preferred but not essential—we welcome individuals with the right attitude and a genuine passion for children’s wellbeing.
