Location: Oval, SW8
Salary: £18,617 (rising to £19,083 after successful completion of probation)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time – 21 hours per week

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to support our Repairs & Maintenance service. This role is key to ensuring that tenant homes and communal spaces are safe, well maintained, and meet the high standards our tenants expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for repair and maintenance queries.
- Logging and managing repair requests, liaising with contractors and surveyors to ensure works are carried out effectively.
- Supporting the monitoring of service standards and performance.
- Assisting with health and safety checks and coordinating property inspections.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a housing, maintenance, or customer service environment.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Good communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
