Midday Supervisor

MIDDAY SUPERVISOR LEVEL 1

Pay Band B / SCP 2

£24,413 pro rata, per annum

(actual salary: £4,499 per annum)

7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day between 11.30am-1.30pm to be confirmed)

46 weeks per year (term time only)

Permanent (subject to satisfactory probationary period) – to commence as soon as possible.

Governors are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to work as part of an established team, ensuring that children have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime.

Candidates should:

• Be enthusiastic about working with children from 4-11 years
• Promote Inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
• Act as a positive role model
• Be friendly and approachable
• Organise and oversee children during indoor and outdoor play times and in the canteen
• Be assertive in ensuring school rules and procedures are followed
• Be energetic and imaginative
