Midday Supervisor - Trinity Academy Whitehill

We are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team and support pupils during lunchtime. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to children’s wellbeing and daily school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors
• Maintain an inclusive, and welcoming environment
• Promote positive behaviour and support pupils’ social interaction and wellbeing
• Follow safeguarding procedures and keep pupils safe

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience of working with children aged 4–11
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
