MIS Data Officer – Fixed Term Contract

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join the MIS Team as our MIS Data Officer, a vital role as part of North Kent College on a full time, fixed term basis.

Working closely with curriculum leads, you will be responsible for ensuring all student data is centrally recorded, accurate, up to date and complete. Responsible for exam process within designated curriculum areas.

To be successful in this role you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, experienced in processing data quickly and accurately and have a methodical and organised approach to your work. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

The Role:

Where you’ll work: The role is based at North Kent College’s Hadlow campus.

Contract: 12 Month contract, commencing 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026

Hour hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).

Your pay: £25,856 per annum

Salary range

  • £25,856 per year
