About the role
Your creative skills can help create a future where everyone diagnosed with breast cancer lives and is supported to live well.
We’re looking for a motion design producer to join our busy, dynamic and creative team. As part of our in-house multimedia studio, you’ll create short-form and long-form content that captures attention – covering everything from fundraising and campaigning to support and research.
You’ll be a champion of our visual identity, using your skills and experience to create content that informs, inspires and encourages people to take action. Making sure the diverse experiences and needs of people affected by breast cancer are always at the heart of our communications.

About you
Ideally you:
- Will be a motion designer (or in a similar role) who puts the audience at the heart of every piece of writing
- Will have an excellent understanding of motion design, including advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere, After effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition and illustrator)
- Are self-motivated, organised and comfortable working on several briefs at once
- Enjoy looking for new ways to approach things, respond to trends in real time and find engaging ways to present complex information
- Are a creative thinker, with a portfolio of work that shows your ability to create motion content for different channels and audiences

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
