About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can do attitude to work in our Repairs and maintenance Team. They will have the ability to work on their own initiative, well organised, achieve objectives and targets set within the Repairs and maintenance team. You will need to be suitably experienced of working in a customer orientated environment that is focussed on Repairs and Maintenance. You must have a positive and flexible attitude that will assist dealing with issues in a responsive manner and to the highest standards.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for dynamic operative who has the ability to carryout multiskilled general repairs on NNC owned stock in efficent manner to the highest standards. We are looking for an individual who shows the following qualities, Customer focussed, Respectful, efficient, Supportive and trustworthy when dealing with the repairs in this customer facing role. Being a good communicator and reliable are essential for this role.

Salary range
- £31,537 - £32,597 per year
