Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident-led housing organisation located within Hackney, east London and now looking for talented and ambitious individuals.

Having already made significant changes to the quality and levels of delivery and satisfaction for residents over the last three years further improvements are now planned to develop services even further.

We are looking for an experienced skilled multi-trade person. Working in a small but dedicated repairs and maintenance team you will bring significant certified skills in carpentry, electrics, plumbing or similar. Whilst a trade is necessary it is also important that you have the motivation to learn an additional trade.

The successful individual will need to demonstrate the ability and discipline to work alone in the social housing world whilst coordinating with other housing professionals. You will be sensitive and practical in outlook, have a good customer service skill set, be organised and patient.

The challenge is significant, but so are the rewards.

You will be supported by a small but dedicated senior management team with the experience and ambition to help match your career aspirations.

Created in 1994, Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident managed housing organisation. Our estates comprise 1,210 mixed tenure properties within the east London geographical area. Our key partner is Hackney Council with our services delivered in partnership with a number of other service providers.

We can offer you an influential and leading position with a good salary and benefits package and an opportunity to have a real impact on people’s lives.
