Our values – Accountability, Creativity, Customer Driven, Ownership, and Inclusive – guide the way we work with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The Role

We are looking for a Neighbourhood Coordinator to support the Neighbourhood Officer and wider team in providing a highly visible, customer-focused housing service. You’ll play a vital role in tenancy management, income recovery, estate inspections, and ensuring communal areas meet our high standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting tenants via phone and email, and maintaining up-to-date records on our systems.

Coordinating estate inspections and liaising with the maintenance and repairs team.

Assisting with lettings, void inspections, and tenancy audits.

Addressing low-level ASB, harassment, and neighbour disputes.

Working with tenants on rent arrears recovery and income maximisation.

Supporting housing projects and maintaining accurate data to monitor service standards.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the community, helping tenants feel supported and empowered while ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is customer-focused, organised, and adaptable. Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience in housing, tenancy management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and housing management software.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

A willingness to work towards a Level 2 in Housing Studies if not already held.

Knowledge of housing legislation and income maximisation (desirable).

Benefits

Salary increases after probation.

25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

Pension scheme (employer contribution up to 10%).

Cycle to Work scheme.

Employee Assistance Programme.

Hybrid working (1 day from home after probation).
