Title: New Homes Sales Associate

Contract Type: FTC up to 18 months, Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 per annum (plus commission) – OTE of £42,000 to £50,000

Grade: 5

Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday (Sales suite standard hours are 10am - 5pm)

Persona:Site-based (Hulme, Manchester and other Northwest developments, depending on business need)

Reporting Office: Trafford, Manchester

Closing Date: 25th of May 2026

Are you a hardworking, self-motivated and tenacious salesperson with sound experience in the New Homes market and Shared Ownership?

Do you have a proven track record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment and delivering high levels of customer service?

If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to bring your strengths to our sales team!

Your Impact in the Role:

  • Advising customers throughout the sales journey and progressing sales through to completion.
  • Meeting and greeting customers on site, taking their details, and qualifying their requirements.
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries and conducting property viewings.
  • Maintaining the sales suite to a high standard and ensuring stock units are presentable.
  • Managing the sales database and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the progression of sales and contributing to achieving sales targets.

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge and experience in Shared Ownership.
  • Proven track record of high-end property sales, preferably within new homes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Teams and CRM systems.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Key requirements:

  • Ability to trouble shoot

  • Be a team player

  • Be available to work weekends and flexibility surrounding working days / hours

  • Have access to own transport
