Grosvenor Park C of E Academy is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to lead our busy school office and support the smooth day-to-day running of our academy. Located in the heart of Chester, our welcoming church school is committed to helping every child flourish through a strong partnership between school, home, church and community. The Role As Office Manager, you will:
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the school office.
  • Be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils and staff.
  • Manage school administration, admissions, attendance and pupil records.
  • Support financial processes, including invoicing and payments.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings and communications.
  • Oversee office systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and health and safety requirements.
  • Support and manage office staff to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
About You We are looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, approachable and highly professional.
  • Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in a busy office environment, with staff management experience.
  • Committed to high standards and providing excellent customer service.
School experience is desirable, and experience in finance or business administration would be an advantage. Why Join Us?
