All about the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to the Targeted Youth Support Service. This Service comprises Young Peoples' Safeguarding (Social Care), Empower (supporting exploited and missing children), and Youth Justice who support children who are at risk of or who have entered the Criminal Justice System.

All about You
As an Operations Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the service to deliver positive outcomes for children and families in Peterborough This position is ideal for someone who is a team worker, highly organised, detail‑oriented and passionate about making a difference. You will need to be competent in a range of IT tools, particularly in Microsoft Office 365 applications. You will have had experience in an office environment managing technical business systems or databases. As part of this role, you will meet and greet young people both in person (on reception) and over the phone, so you need to be a good communicator with a welcoming and considerate presentation.
This is a part time post and we do need the applicant to be able to work afternoons due to the needs of the Service and the hours already being completed by those in the same role. Exact working patterns can be negotiated.
