Overall Job Purpose

You will be assisting in coordinating and undertaking outreach activity across Arun, providing a timely and effective response to rough sleeping, StreetLink referrals and rough sleeper presentations.

The postholder will act as a consistent outreach presence within the Pathways Service, undertaking planned outreach sessions and helping to coordinate outreach activity based on StreetLink referrals, partner intelligence, email reports and information relating to known rough sleepers.

The role will assist with the coordination of early morning outreach, ensuring rota cover is maintained when required, maintaining oversight of newly identified rough sleepers and operational demand within the Pathways Service, whilst helping to ensure clients are linked to appropriate accommodation and support pathways at the earliest opportunity.

You'll be expected to deliver resident-focused services, maintain your professional competence, promote inclusive behaviours, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
