
Parking Services Officer
We are looking for a Parking Services officer to join our small parking team.
As a Parking Services Officer you will deliver an efficient, effective, and high-quality customer focussed Parking Service working directly with external organisations in the delivery of Civil Parking Enforcement.
You will be responsible for processing and actioning all appeals and representations for Penalty Charge Notices received for both Arun District Councils off-street car parks and on-street on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
The role requires you to produce monthly and quarterly KPI monitoring reports along with cash reconciliation on a daily basis.
The role also requires you to communicate with customers face to face, via email, and telephone, alongside dealing with enquires from internal and external stakeholders.

The job is based at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton, and this will be your contractual job location. However, it is likely there will be some working from home and so you will need an appropriate space to work from. You will also be required to attend our Bognor Office at the Bognor Regis Town Hall.
Interviews will be in person at the Arun Civic Centre, on Wednesday 16 July 2025 and Thursday 17 July 2025.

Salary range
