Contract Type: FTC until 31/12/2026, Part time, 21 hours per week
Salary starting from £35,951 per annum to £39,531per annum FTE (London weighted salary) or £32,188 per annum to £35,593 FTE (Regional salary), dependant on experience (Pro Rata based on 21 hours per week)
Grade: 7
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern: 21 hours per week, days are flexible

Our L&D Academy is driven by a passion for creating engaging, future‑ready learning experiences. We’re looking for a creative individual eager to put their new Adobe Captivate 2025 skills into practice by transforming our compulsory eLearning modules.
You’ll modernise and redesign our existing content—improving the learner experience, refreshing visuals, and aligning everything with our new organisational values. Your work will help future‑proof our training ahead of the August 2027 end of support for Captivate Classic.
You’ll join a supportive, innovative team and report to the Learning Solutions and Systems Senior Manager.

Your impact in the role:
- Champion high-quality digital learning by upgrading and migrating our compulsory eLearning modules, applying best-practice industry standards and harnessing new Adobe Captivate 2025 features to create fresh, engaging, and modern learner experiences.
- Collaborate closely with our Brand team and subject matter experts to ensure every module reflects our newly launched values and is fully aligned with our purpose and strategic commitments within our new templates.
- Directly contribute to L&Q’s commitment to continuous improvement, elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of our digital learning across the organisation.
What you'll bring:
- As a qualified professional with a TAP diploma in Digital Learning (or equivalent accredited qualification) or at least 3 years’ hand-on experience designing and delivering digital learning.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Captivate 2025, backed by strong skills across the wider Creative Cloud suite and design tools.
- Solid working knowledge of LMS platforms - ideally People
Fluent-with the ability to navigate, upload, test and manage learning content effectively. - Highly organised and adaptable, capable of balancing a fast-paced, varied workload while responding positively to change, working both independently and collaboratively and knowing when to negotiate support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder skills, able to consult effectively, build strong relationships, influence decision making, and work with others to deliver agreed outcomes to meet learning needs.
