We are seeking to appoint a hardworking and enthusiastic Pastoral Leader who will be a highly visible leader, responsible for ensuring proactive and high-quality pastoral care for all students in a designated year group to include attendance, welfare, safeguarding and behaviour. You will work within a wider system to enable all students to make excellent personal and academic progress. The successful applicant will have the highest aspirations and expectations for all students and is fully supportive of our Core Values of; Kindness, Respect, Commitment and Inclusivity.
