ROLE SPECIFICATION – Pastoral Support Officer
Job Title: Pastoral Support Officer
Salary: Grade 6 SCP 9 - SCP 12 Starting Salary £22,956.25 to £24,088.32 (incremental progression)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only.
37 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (one day a week to include a finish time at 3:30pm)
Reporting to: Lead PSO and Heads of Year as appropriate
Start Date: ASAP

Purpose of the Role:
The Pastoral Support Officer will provide high-quality support to pupils and staff in matters relating to pupil wellbeing and behaviour, ensuring that behaviour is managed consistently and effectively in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
