
Pathways Support Worker

Overall Job Purpose:
As a Pathways Support Worker in our Homelessness Pathways and Partnerships Team, you’ll work alongside people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness—building trust, assessing needs and creating practical support plans that help them move forward. From coordinating with housing, health and support partners to helping customers navigate services and sustain accommodation, you’ll turn complex situations into clear next steps and make a visible difference every day.

Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
