We support training opportunities to ensure you have all the tools you need and operate flexible working patterns.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with member enquiries Calculation of retirement benefits, including redundancy, flexible retirement, ill health.
- Various calculating including, but not limited to; refunds of pension contributions, calculation of deferred leavers, retirement estimates.
- Responding and resolving member queries in a clear, sensitive and timely manner.
- Ensuring continual professional development including awareness of regulation changes.
- Supporting both the Administration and Systems team’s in their respective work requirements.
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Pro-active, able to plan effectively and meet deadlines.
