Planner / Co-Ordinator
Our Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and organised Planner to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. You’ll manage workflows, monitor performance against targets, and ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales. Working closely with Supervisors and Managers, you’ll review diaries, coordinate multi-trade appointments, and maintain accurate system records. You’ll also support customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints, identifying trends, and driving improvements to service delivery.
What You Will Need
We’re looking for someone with previous planning or scheduling experience, who is confident using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Outlook. You’ll need strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
