37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM shift patterns, with some call-out duties required, including weekends.

Salary: £28,518–£30,141 per annum
Additional payment of £262.89 per week whilst on call

What will you do as part of the role?
- Carry out Plastering repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Complete additional maintenance tasks within your skillset to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants.
- Work to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard, aiming for ‘right first time’ outcomes.
- Adhere to safe working practices at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to achieve consistently excellent results.
We are looking for people who want to use their skills and expertise to have a positive impact on the lives of residents. You will also:
- Have experience in Plastering works, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in both domestic and commercial settings.
- Hold a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 certificate in Plastering or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess a full driving licence due to the nature of the role.
