What will you do as part of the role?
- Carry out required plumbing repairs and maintenance operations
- Carry out other repairs and maintenance works in line with your skills and expertise
- Provide a high level of customer service to our tenants
- Work effectively with the aim of completing works on a ‘right first time’ basis
- Ensure safe working practices are always followed
- Ensure accurate records are maintained
- Work closely with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to deliver to a consistently high standard
We are looking for people who want to use their skills and expertise to have a positive impact on the lives of residents. You will also:
- Have experience of installation and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties.
- Hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, certificate in Plumbing.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
