Plymouth Safeguarding Adults Partnership (PSAP) Business Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Plymouth Safeguarding Adults Partnership (PSAP) Business Unit and support the effective operation of the city's statutory safeguarding partnership. Working closely with the Independent Chair and senior leaders from Plymouth City Council, NHS Devon ICB and Devon & Cornwall Police, you will play a key role in strengthening safeguarding arrangements and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead Partnership governance, business planning, quality assurance, performance reporting and Safeguarding Adults Reviews, while providing professional advice and constructive challenge across partner organisations. The role also includes management of the PSAP budget and business support function.

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of adult safeguarding, excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to influence at a senior level.
