The post requires the provision of post-planning permission project management support for large scale major developments. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between residents, Parish Council’s, Members and developers whilst ensuring that development is carried out in accordance with the approved details. This will require site visits to be carried out and as such a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is necessary.

The post holder will also provide administrative support for the Strategic Development Team and be responsible for the organisation and support with the running of the Advisory Group meetings.

We are ideally looking for candidates who has experience of collecting, interpreting and presenting information and managing projects with experience of working in an office environment.

The post has an extensive amount of public contact and may require some attendance at public meetings and/or appeal proceedings. Some out of office hours working is part of the job requirement on occasion.
