Private Study Supervisor
Contract Hours: 37 hours per week / 38 weeks per year
Salary: Outer London Scale 4 (FTE: £30,285 - £31,610 / Actual £25,446 - £26,560 per annum)
Contract Term: Permanent, Term term
Start Date: 2nd March 2026
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Private Study Supervisor to oversee our Sixth Form Private Study Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in achieving their full potential by creating a calm and productive learning environment.
As a Private Study Supervisor you will:
- Supervise groups of students during independent study sessions.
- Mentor small groups or individual students who are underachieving or require pastoral support.
- Deliver targeted interventions and maintain accurate records of progress.
- Work closely with the Sixth Form team to promote resilience, independence, and academic success.
